Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company proposed disbursing a cash dividend of EGP 1.82 per share for fiscal year (FY) 2023/2024.
The dividends’ recommendation is subject to the approval of the company's ordinary general assembly, according to a bourse filing.
The company also announced its audited financial results, posting higher net profits after tax at EGP 6.28 billion as of 30 June 2024.
Meanwhile, the revenues stood at EGP 6.58 billion, instead of the EGP 6.44 billion amount unveiled last August.
