Statement of the type of external auditor's report Conservation
Comment mentioned in the external auditor’s report, mentioned in any of the following paragraphs (other matter, conservation, notice, disclaimer of opinion, or adverse opinion) BASIS FOR QUALIFIED CONCLUSION

As referred to in Note (2) to the accompanying interim condensed consolidated financial statements, which relates to information about the Group concerning Baazeem Trading Company’s investment in Baazeem Trading Establishment in Qatar, it was noted that the investment represents a sole proprietorship under the name of Mr. Salem Saleh Baazeem (a major shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors), since 2008. The Company’s management prepared a technical memo to set out the accounting basis, based on the conceptual framework for financial reporting, on which the Company relies in considering the investment existing in Qatar as an asset belonging to the Company and recognizing it in its financial statements, despite the fact that the legal registration is in the name of Mr. Salem Saleh Baazeem (a major shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors). The Company has currently concluded the following: Based on an analysis of the available facts and documents, the Company’s management believes that the investment represents a present economic resource controlled by the Company as a result of past events and has the potential to produce economic benefits for the Company. One of the key aspects of the assessment was the legal aspect and an irrevocable waiver provided by Mr. Salem Saleh Baazeem in favor of Baazeem Trading Company. However, the Company is still in the process of obtaining an independent legal opinion from a Qatari legal advisor to assess the enforceability of the Company’s rights in the investment, including the possibility of converting Baazeem Trading Establishment (a sole proprietorship) owned by Mr. Salem Saleh Baazeem into a branch of Baazeem Trading Company. Consequently, we were unable to complete our review of the legal aspects and rights related to the investment in Baazeem Trading Establishment (a sole proprietorship). Had we been able to complete our review of the investment in Baazeem Trading Establishment (a sole proprietorship), matters might have come to our attention indicating that adjustments might be necessary to the condensed interim consolidated financial statements.
