Riyadh - Mubasher: Flynas Company  has signed a unified framework agreement with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) to provide passenger travel services for government entities.

The agreement establishes a standardized system for government travel, though it does not carry a fixed total value. Instead, payments will be processed based on individual purchase orders according to the pricing structures defined within the framework.

The airline is currently coordinating with relevant government bodies to complete the technical integration and necessary requirements to activate the service.

Flynas expects the financial impact of this agreement to begin appearing in its financial results during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026, following the completion of all procedural steps.

The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. Flynas stated it will disclose any material developments regarding the implementation of the agreement as they occur.

This partnership aligns with national efforts to enhance spending efficiency across government procurement and logistics sectors.

In Q2-26, the group’s net losses shrank to SAR 240.58 million from SAR 862.51 million in the same period last year.
