Riyadh – Mubasher: Dkhoun National Trading Company recently signed a commercial franchise agreement with Gulf Amber LLC to expand its brand presence into the US, according to a bourse filing.

The contract grants Gulf Amber the rights to open five branches over a period of four years from the date of the agreement, 10 August 2026.

The contract has a duration of five years and is subject to renewal.

According to the regulatory filing, the total value of the deal cannot be accurately measured at this stage, as franchise fees and periodic royalties are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.

This move aligns with Dkhoun’s strategic plans for international market expansion.
