Riyadh — Mubasher: International Human Resources Company reported a net profit of SAR 4.46 million during the first half (H1) of 2026, representing an 8.04% decline from the SAR 4.85 million in H1-25.

The decrease in profitability occurred despite a significant surge in revenues, which rose by 41.11% to SAR 202.97 million compared to SAR 143.84 million in the prior-year period, according to a bourse filing.

International Human Resources attributed the revenue growth to the manpower outsourcing sector, driven by increased staffing for existing projects and the securing of new strategic contracts.

However, the bottom line was pressured by a sharp rise in expected credit loss provisions, which climbed to SAR 2.90 million from roughly SAR 150,000 a year earlier. Higher Zakat expenses also contributed to the profit contraction.

Total shareholders' equity increased by 13.33% to SAR 61.80 million in H1-26 from SAR 54.53 million in H1-25.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period stood at SAR 0.09 in H1-26, compared to SAR 0.1 in the first half of the previous year, calculated based on 50 million outstanding shares.

The company’s auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
