The Board of Directors and all employees of the Company extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Jasser for his efforts and contributions during his tenure with the Company, and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.

The Board of Directors is also proceeding with the necessary regulatory procedures to appoint or designate a replacement, including obtaining the Saudi Central Bank’s non-objection, in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and instructions.
