Baladna Q.P.S.C. announces that the subscription period for its rights issue of 535,996,240 new ordinary shares at QAR 1.01 per share closed on 17 August 2026, and that the Qatar Financial Markets Authority has approved the subscription results and the listing of the new shares.

Shares subscribed: 415,488,835 shares (77.5%)

Shares unsubscribed: 120,507,405 (22.5%)

The subscribed shares will be registered in subscribers’ accounts with Edaa. The unsubscribed shares will be dealt with in accordance with applicable rules and regulations and with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of 22 July 2026.
