Subject: Appointment of Investor Relations Officer, Bank Nizwa S.A.O.G

Bank Nizwa S.A.O.G would like to announce the appointment of Mr. Rashad Ali Al Dohh as the Investor Relations Officer, effective from his date of appointment.

 

Mr. Al Dohh brings over 17 years of banking experience, during which he has developed specialized expertise in finance, regulatory reporting, liquidity and capital management, investor relations, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks, alongside extensive experience in corporate strategy and Sukuk issuances.

 

This appointment aligns with regulatory requirements and underscores Bank Nizwa’s commitment to adopting best practices in investor relations, further strengthening its engagement with financial analysts and investors.
