Following a review of the resolution and a further assessment of the Company’s financial position, the Board of Directors resolved on Thursday, 24/09/2026, to withdraw its previous recommendation to increase the Company’s capital by granting bonus shares. The proposed capital increase will be reconsidered in light of the Company’s annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2026.
