The board of directors in its meeting held on 29/09/2026 decided to appoint Mr Gopal Hariharan and Abdul Kader Darwish Al-Balushi as a member in the board of directors (Deputy Chairperson and Director). This appointment shall be presented to the next general meeting for approval
