Abraj Energy Services SAOG would like to announce that the resignation of Mr. Hilal Ali Salim Al Siyabi, Chief People Officer, has been accepted at his request. His last working day with the Company will be 31 October 2026.

 

The Company would also like to clarify that an announcement regarding the individual who will assume the responsibilities of the Chief People Officer will be made in due course, in accordance with the applicable approved procedures.

 

We hereby convey The Board of Directors’ and the Company’s sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Hilal Al Siyabi for his valuable efforts to the Company during his tenure, and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
