OQ Gas Networks SAOG (OQGN) would like to announce that it has established a $1,000,000,000 (One Billion US Dollars) sukuk issuance programme (the Programme) to provide OQGN with flexible access to the international debt capital markets.

No sukuk has been issued and no financing has been raised at this stage. Any future issuance of sukuk under the Programme may be listed on London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market and will be subject to OQGN’s funding requirements, prevailing market conditions and relevant approvals.  

The establishment of the Programme does not, in itself, result in any change to OQGN’s approved capital expenditure or business plan.
