Riyadh — Mubasher: Alhasoob Company reported a 50.45% increase in net profit for the first half (H1) of 2026, reaching SAR 2.87 million compared to a restated SAR 1.91 million in H1-25.

The company attributed the bottom-line growth to a 20.68% rise in total revenues, which climbed to SAR 153.37 million in H1-26 from SAR 127.09 million in H1-25, according to a bourse filing.

A primary driver for the performance was a sharp increase in international sales, which rose to SAR 64.30 million in H1-26 from SAR 29.50 million in the prior-year period.

This expansion helped lift gross profit to SAR 12.10 million in January-June 2026 from SAR 8.50 million, while operating profit improved to SAR 4.50 million from SAR 2.60 million.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period rose to SAR 1.03, compared to SAR 0.68 a year earlier.

Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 50.54 million at the end of the period.

The external auditor’s report contained a qualified conclusion regarding inventory valuation.

Auditors noted they were unable to obtain detailed aging schedules or sufficient data to assess slow-moving or obsolete stock, which had a carrying value of SAR 78.32 million as of 30 June 2026. Alhasoob noted that management is currently working on formalizing policies and reporting to address these inventory assessment requirements.
