Conversion of Mandatory Convertible Bonds (MCBs)

Further to Oman Arab Bank SAOG’s (the “Bank”) disclosure dated 29 September 2026 regarding the Mandatory Convertible Bonds (MCBs) issued on 9 October 2024, the Bank is pleased to announce that the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) has issued Administrative Decision No (127/2026) in relation to increasing the Bank’s capital through the conversion of the MCBs into ordinary shares as per the following details:

·        Number of new ordinary shares issued:
80,131,680 shares

·        Total number of shares following the conversion:
2,082,875,013 shares

·        Issued capital following the conversion:
OMR 226,957,460
