Update Regarding a Legal Case

Raysut Cement Company SAOG would like to inform the Financial Services Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange, and its esteemed shareholders that, further to the previous disclosures regarding the criminal case No. (30/7600/2025)  filed against the former Board of Directors and Executive Management for the period from 2018 to 2022, the latest of which was disclosed on 22 June 2026, the Criminal Division of the Court of Appeal (in a different panel) in Muscat issued its following decision during the hearing held on 11 October 2026: 

The court decided to adjourn the hearing to November 22, 2026, for the Parties to submit their final memorandums. 

The Company will keep you informed of any further developments in this regard.
