The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 004 held on 13/10/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Sohar Power Company SAOG is pleased to inform the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following in its meeting held on 13 October 2026:

1. The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period ended 30 September 2026 along with the Board of Directors’ Report

The unaudited financial statements can be viewed on the website of Muscat Stock Exchange and the Company’s website at www.soharpower.com.”

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
