Mr. Tarek Aggad, the Chairman of Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC), transferred 4 million shares of his shares in APIC to Medical Supplies and Services Company (MediServ)- a Saudi closed joint-stock company, which is also a related party to Mr. Tarek Aggad. The transfer was carried out as part of internal arrangements.
