Voltamp Energy SAOG would like to inform the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX), its esteemed shareholders, and the investing public that company representatives recently conducted an official visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In alignment with the company’s long-term growth and expansion strategy, preliminary exploratory discussions were held with relevant government authorities in Uzbekistan regarding potential investment opportunities, including the setting up of facilities and the potential development of a solar power project.

The company clarifies that these discussions are strictly in an initial stage. At present, no commitment, definitive agreement, or legally binding agreement has been reached by either party.
