Riyadh — Mubasher: Miral Dental Clinics Company reported a shareholder attendance rate of 77.76% during the ordinary general assembly, meeting the legal quorum requirements for the session.

The OGM approved the election of five board members for the upcoming session, which is scheduled to begin on 26 October 2026.

The new board term will span a duration of four years, concluding on 25 October 2030. The elected members include Osama Saleh Ibrahim Al Hadithi, Sami Abdullah Dakhilallah Al Saeed, Bandar Burjas Hamidi Al Abdulkarim, Musab Abdulmohsen Abdullah Al Jammaz, and Mohammed Ibrahim Abdulkarim Al Obaida.

According to the regulatory filing, the resolution to elect the board members received a voting approval rate of 99.90413% through cumulative voting.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairman, and the CEO, alongside the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
