Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Plastic Industrial Company (APICO) announced the resignation of non-executive board member Mohammed Hashem Al Haj, according to a bourse filing.

APICO stated that the resignation was submitted and became effective on 15 October 2026 due to personal circumstances.

Al Haj also stepped down from his position on the nomination and remuneration committee as of mid-October, after he had served as a member of the board since his appointment on 3 September 2025.

The board of directors expressed its appreciation to Al Haj for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the company.

No immediate announcement was made regarding a successor to fill the vacated board seat or the committee position.

APICO lately launched its new visual identity as a strategic move to strengthen its brand presence.
