Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) logged net profit of SAR 507.30 million for the first nine months (9M) of 2026, representing an annual surge of 283.16% from SAR 132.40 million.

The company attributed the growth to higher average selling prices for all products and increased sales volumes, alongside improved operational efficiency and plant reliability.

Revenue for the nine-month period reached SAR 4.88 billion, a 15.51% rise compared to SAR 4.22 billion a year earlier.

Operating profit surged by 325.66% to SAR 519.30 million from SAR 122 million. Earnings per share (EPS) for the period stood at SAR 0.90, up from SAR 0.24.

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 237.30 million, a 219.81% increase year-on-year (YoY), though it declined 8.31% from SAR 258.80 million.

The quarterly sequential decline was primarily due to a 19% drop in average selling prices for most products, despite higher sales volumes.

The company noted that the current period's results included provisions totaling SAR 104 million. Total shareholders' equity as of 30 September 2026 was SAR 10.19 billion.

In the first six months (6M) of 2026, Yansab achieved a net profit of SAR 270 million, an annual leap of 363.92% from SAR 58.20 million.
