Riyadh – Mubasher: Jana Medical Company issued a corrective statement regarding its previous announcement dated 19 October 2026, concerning an invitation to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
The company clarified that the original agenda incorrectly listed 17 items for electronic voting.
The correction follows regulatory approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA), which was granted for only 16 items.
Consequently, the company has removed item 14 from the agenda. This specific item pertained to authorizing the new board of directors with the powers of the Ordinary General Meeting as stipulated under paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Companies Law.
The remaining items have been renumbered accordingly. The EGM, scheduled for 10 November, will include votes on amending various articles of the company’s bylaws, including Article 8, Article 9, and Article 13.
Shareholders will also vote on electing three board members for a new four-year term ending on 9 November 2030, and approving policies for remuneration and committee work.
