The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 1 held on 30/10/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Subject: Approval of the separate and consolidated financial statements audited for the year ended 31 August 2026

Majan College SAOG (Majan University College) (the “College”) is pleased to inform its shareholders that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30 October 2026, approved the audited separate and consolidated financial statements of the College and its subsidiary (the “Group”) for the year ended 31 August 2026 and authorised them for issue. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards, the disclosure requirements of the Financial Services Authority and the Commercial Companies Law No. 18/2019, and were audited by Just and Fair Chartered Accountants LLC.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
